PRICES AND CONDITIONS
Rental
Possibility to rent a house, both houses, or part of the house depending on the number of people:
- Up to 12 people: One entire house (*)
- Up to 8 people: Apartment B (**)
- Up to 4 people: Apartment A (**)
(*) Possibility of an extra bed upon request and additional cost.
(**) On weekends, public holidays, Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter, the house is rented as a whole or depending on availability.
Large groups
Option to rent both houses with a capacity of up to 24 people and the possibility of extra beds upon request and additional cost.
Capacity
Prices
Entire house:
- €550/night
- From the 3rd night: €400/night
- From the 6th night: request a quote
Apartment B:
- €300/night up to 6 people.
- €400/night up to 8 people.
Apartment A:
- €200/night up to 4 people.
Two entire houses:
- €1100/night
- From the 3rd night: €800/night
- From the 6th night: request a quote
The tourist tax is not included in the price. (1 euro/person+16 years old)/night.
Minimun nights
Deposit
The deposit guarantees the reservation and acceptance of the house rules.
Pets
€10/night. Please inform us at the time of the booking. Only one pet per house is allowed.
Extra beds
€30 for 2 nights for the first two nights.
€10 per night starting from the third night.
Cot
Registration
Registration is mandatory to check in. You must show your ID, passport or equivalent.
Cancelations
Up to 30 days before arrival, 100% of the deposit is refunded. After this period, the deposit is not refunded.
